Breakfast Chile Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped ham or crisp fried bacon, crumbled (if desired)
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
    1 pt. creamed, small curd cottage cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add flour and salt, then the rest of ingredients. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until firm in middle.
