Harvey House Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 c. sugar (can use less)
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage, onion and green pepper and mix with cup of sugar.
Boil together next 6 ingredients.
Bring to full boil. Pour over cabbage mixture.
Let stand at least 2 hours before using.
Keeps
up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
