White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 whole, large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 (15 oz.) can white kidney beans
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can white corn, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes or envelopes
    hot pepper sauce
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook and prepare chicken.
    Mix all ingredients in a large pot or crock-pot except the hot pepper sauce and cheese.
    Cook for about an hour or so.
    If using crock-pot, let cook on low all day. May have to add a little water.
    When serving, add hot pepper sauce to taste and garnish with shredded cheese.
    Makes about 8 main dish servings.
