Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. melted butter (or less)
    garlic powder to taste
    3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    chopped green onion or pkg. onion dip mix
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 (2 3/4 oz.) pkg. Fritos, finely chopped or seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Remove stems.
    Wash, pat dry and brush caps with part of melted butter.
    Combine rest of butter with garlic powder.\tAdd cheese and onions (or dip mix).
    Mix well.\tAdd soy sauce, wine and crumbs.
    Chopped stems can be added also.
    Fill caps.
    Top with cheese if desired.
    Put on cookie sheet and broil 3 to 5 minutes.
