Strawberry-Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. or 1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 qt. (2 c.) fresh strawberries
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

In small bowl combine sour cream, honey, lime juice and nutmeg to make the dressing.
Blend well and refrigerate.
Clean the spinach and tear it into bite size pieces.
Clean the strawberries and slice them in half.
Gently toss spinach and berries in serving bowl.
Add the dressing and toss slightly.
Garnish with the coconut.
Dressing can be served on the side if desired.
