Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham crackers
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix graham crackers, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine and press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
Blend in chips and vanilla.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour (use your judgment).
Loosen cake from rim. Cool completely.
Remove rim.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
