Quick And Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Tear up the 4 slices of bread and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Brown the sausage and drain off fat. Sprinkle sausage over bread crumbs.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over sausage.
Beat together the eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over mixture.
Cheese comes to the top during baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Can prepare night before.
Cover.
Refrigerate and bake next morning.
