90 Minute Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. margarine or oil
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. coarse salt
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and yeast.
    Add and beat for 2 minutes:
    1 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon margarine or oil (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add 1/2 cup flour to mixture and beat 2 minutes.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour gradually to make soft dough; knead 5 minutes.
