Resa'S Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1 sack tortilla chips
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken in pressure cooker or boil, then tear all meat off bones and dice.
    Mix soups and Ro-Tel together and 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
    Layer in a 13 x 9-inch pan the chips, chicken and sauce; repeat this one time and then top with chips and add a layer of Velveeta cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
