Cajun Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion or onion mushroom soup mix
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine soup, bread crumbs and spices.
    Dip chicken in crumb mixture coating well.
    Place in lightly greased large shallow pan and drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Turn once during baking.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
