Chicken Duck(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken parts
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    8 oz. apricot jam
Preparation
    Mix last 3 ingredients.
    Pour over chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with sauce over rice.
