Carolyn'S Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
    Add brown sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
    Beat until satiny.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    This fudge sauce may be prepared in a microwave oven.
