Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) brisket
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    potatoes
    carrots
Preparation
    Put brisket in roasting pan, fat side up.
    Add other ingredients.
    Add water to 1 inch.
    Bake, covered, 3 to 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Add potatoes and carrots in last hour.
