Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
red food coloring (as desired)
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello (dry)
1 qt. strawberries
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
Preparation

Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear. Remove from heat, add food coloring and dry jello.
Let cool. Line pie crust with berries.
Don't sweeten or use juice. When filling is cooled, pour over berries and chill.
May serve with whipped cream.
