Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    4 whole cloves
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat tomato juice, sugar, cloves and Worcestershire sauce in skillet while preparing meat.
    Mix rest of ingredients together. With wet hands, form into balls about 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Remove cloves from tomato sauce; put in the meatballs.
    Cover tightly.
    Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
