Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries or frozen, which have been thawed
    2 tsp. sugar (for tops of muffins)
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    325\u00b0.
    Grease
    muffin
    pans
    well.
    Sift flour, baking
    powder and salt together.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl cream butter
    and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each.
    Add flour mix alternately with
    milk\tuntil
    just combined.
    With fork, mash 1/2 of blueberries.
    Stir\tin
    with a fork.
    Add rest of whole berries, mixing
    gently.
    Fill
    muffin cups (greased or paper lined)
    3/4 full.
    Sprinkle each with sugar.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans 15 minutes.
    Remove.
    Serve warm.
