Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 sweet pepper, diced
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Let set a few minutes before cutting.
