Beef Skillet Fiesta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder or seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. thin strips green pepper
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (I use Ro-Tel)
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/4 c. beef bouillon (1 cube)
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Brown meat in oil over high heat.
Leave meat in coarse chunks.
Add onion and green pepper.
Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, but not brown.
Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
Can make in 15 minutes.
