Ritzy Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed (can use saltine crackers)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salt water for 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Add broccoli and pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Dot with butter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
