Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced sour cooking apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon into mixture; mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with butterscotch morsels.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Do not use mixer. Batter is cookie dough consistency.
