Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients.
    Stir in next five ingredients into flour mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0, reducing heat to 325\u00b0 after 30 minutes.
