Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut the potato in half. Scoop out the potato. Push potato skin to the side.
