Warm Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh spinach, torn into pieces
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    4 slices bacon
    1/3 c. Italian dressing
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In medium bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms and carrots.
    Set aside.
    In a 9 to 10-inch microwave pie plate, arrange bacon. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High 3 1/2 minutes or until crisp.
    Drain and crumble.
    Into pie plate, add dressing, blended with mustard.
    Microwave on High 1 minute, or until heated through.
    Pour over spinach mixture. Add bacon and toss.
    Yields 2 servings.
