Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar or can mushrooms, chopped or sliced
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
cooked rice
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Drain.
Add soup, water, and mushrooms (salt and pepper to taste).
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until thick. Add sour cream just before serving over rice.
Serves 6.
