Simple Turkey Meat Loaf(Low-Fat And Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground skinless turkey white meat
    2 Egg Beaters
    1 1/2 c. Weight Watchers seasoned croutons, crushed
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Pour an 8 ounce size can tomato sauce over turkey meat mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 6 servings.
