Golden Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped or sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped or sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. diced ham
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley flakes, 1 chicken bouillon cube and seasonings; mix well.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
