Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice firm white bread
15 oz. ground turkey
1 c. finely chopped onion, divided
dash of freshly ground pepper
2 c. undrained sauerkraut
1 c. no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. dark raisins
Preparation

In medium bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons water over bread. Crumble with fork or fingertips.
Add turkey, 1/4 cup onion and black pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape firmly into 32 equal meatballs.
Set aside.
