Cold Marinated Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 4 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut bite size
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 scant tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour over broccoli.
    Allow to marinate at least 4 hours.\tStir or mix occasionally.
    This is even better when marinated longer.\tCauliflower may also be used instead
    of all broccoli in this recipe.
    Makes a rather large amount.
