Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 jar pimentos, chopped
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 jar salsa
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Mix in Ranch dressing.
    Add chilies, pimentos, Cheddar cheese, olives and green onions.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Roll \"jelly roll\" fashion and slice.
    Serve with salsa. Looks great for Christmas with the red, white and green!
