Chicken Pecan Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
    1 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. hot mustard
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix
    chicken,
    Swiss cheese, onion, flour and 1/4 cup of the pecans.
    Sprinkle
    into
    cooled crust.
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over chicken mixture.
    Top with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
