Cajun Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
2 cans black-eyed peas
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup
Tony's Creole seasoning
red pepper to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
Add meat with seasoning. Cook until brown.
Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms and peas.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add onion soup and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
