Raspberry Pecan Pastry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    10 oz. raspberry preserves
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups of flour, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.
    Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture turns into into coarse crumbs.
    Press dough in an even layer in ungreased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Cover for 15 minutes, then spread raspberry preserves over the crust.
