Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.; No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, sugar, pineapple (with juice), eggs and chopped pecans.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch round pans.
    Bake until toothpick comes out dry, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool.
    Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
