Monterey Chicken For The Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. deboned, skinned chicken breasts
K. C. Masterpiece original barbecue sauce
1 bunch scallions
2 or 3 tomatoes
6 c. Monterey Jack cheese or a mixture of Monterey Jack with Cheddar
1 lb. bacon, fried and drained
Preparation

Grill chicken breasts with thin layer of barbecue sauce.
Fry bacon.
Chop scallions and tomatoes into very small bits.
When chicken is done, place it in a flat pan (like a cookie sheet with sides).
Pour a little more barbecue sauce on each breast.
Place bacon strips on chicken.
Cover with cheese.
Place in hot oven and allow cheese to melt.
Does not take long!
Bring it out and serve on each plate with scallions and tomatoes on top. Delicious!
