Raisin-Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, rinsed and drained rice
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine and beat well all except rice and raisins, then add both.
    Pour into buttered or sprayed casserole.
    Set in larger pan; measure about 3/4 inch boiling water into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
    Serve hot or cold, plain or with cream or fruit.
