Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 tbsp. Butter flavoring
2 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet. Add chopped pecans and cook slowly until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs for 1 minute at high speed. Gradually add sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients and pecan mixture. Add whole milk to make 4 quarts.
