Cotton Blossoms With Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
6 oz. crabmeat, shredded
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
cornstarch
1 pkg. won ton wrappers (specialty item, usually found in the produce section)
2 eggs, beaten
1 qt. oil for frying

Preparation

Cover sheet pan with wax paper.
Dust lightly with cornstarch. Set aside.
