Spicy Ginger Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cardamom
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. water
    8 skinless, boneless breast halves
Preparation
    Combine everything but chicken.
    Rinse breasts and pat dry. Brush both sides with sauce and place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes, until no longer pink. Serve with rice pilaf and green salad.
