Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter well.
Add sugar slowly, creaming it until light. Slowly stir in syrup, eggs, vanilla and 1 1/2 cups pecans.
Pour into shell.
Top with rest of pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
