Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 large bag Doritos cheese chips, crushed in bag
    3 or 4 scallions, chopped
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    2 or 3 medium size tomatoes, chopped
    1 large bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown meat.
    Add seasoning and beans.
    Allow this mixture to cool slightly, then add cheese.
    In large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
    Add skillet ingredients; mix well.
    Add dressing and crushed chips, again mixing well. Very good served with garlic bread.
