Baked Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan, divided
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. prepared tomato sauce
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
Preparation
    Pat chicken dry and pound to flatten slightly.
    Dust chicken with 1/2 cup flour and dip into eggs.
    Combine breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup Parmesan and pat mixture onto chicken.
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with foil; brush with oil.
    Arrange chicken in dish in a single layer.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
