Chicago Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Cook, peel and devein shrimp.
    Cut each in half lengthwise. Overlap the cut shrimp in an au gratin dish.
    Mix butter, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, tarragon and sherry in a saucepan and heat thoroughly.
    Pour over the shrimp; top with crumbs and broil until browned.
    Serves 3 or 4.
