Dinner-In-A-Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can tomatoes, crushed
    saltines, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    dab of butter or margarine
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion; drain and put in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour corn and tomatoes on top of ground beef mixture.
    Cover with crushed saltines, adding a dab of butter. Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until saltines are brown.
