Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. flank steak
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and pour over flank steak.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Discard marinade.
    Grill or broil steak.
    Serve thinly sliced with your favorite potato dish.
