Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1 (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Preparation
    Melt butter in a small saucepan.
    Add orange rind, honey and salt.
    Heat, blending well.
    Cook peas according to package directions.
    Stir water chestnuts into peas just before serving. Heat.
    Pour honey mixture over peas.
    Stir and heat thoroughly. Yields about 6 servings.
