Royal Orange-Walnut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oranges, peeled, sectioned and seeded
2 small heads bibb lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 medium size purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Saute walnuts in butter until lightly browned.
Add to lettuce mixture.
Toss with Sweet and Sour Dressing.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
