Hazel'S Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 whole large carrots, cooked
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Mash cooked carrots.
Add chopped celery, onions, mustard and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Put in baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
