Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.
    Mix.
    Add pineapple juice and well beaten egg.
    Cook on medium-low heat until it starts to thicken.
    Stir continuously.
    Remove from heat and add butter and flavorings.
    Cool.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
    Can be frozen for later also.
