Lo-Cal Chicken Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 lb. linguini
    1 stick margarine
    3 pinches parsley flakes
    4 pinches salt or garlic salt
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 fresh garlic clove
    1 1/2 c. 2% milk
    3 pinches pepper
Preparation
    Cook the pasta to your desired taste.
    Cut chicken into strips. Chop up garlic clove.
    Saute chicken, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and 1/2 stick margarine in a pan.
    Steam broccoli halfway; saute with chicken.
    When chicken is halfway cooked, put 2% milk in and let cook until done.
    When pasta is done, put 1/2 stick margarine in and mix.
    Mix chicken with pasta and, presto, dinner is served.
