Bacon And Cheese Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    6 slices American cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook bacon; drain.
    Curl 1 slice, chop 4 slices and leave others as whole slices.
    Cut cheese slices into halves.
    Arrange in the bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Beat together the eggs and milk with fork.
    Add chopped bacon.
    Pour over cheese and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Arrange whole bacon slices on top of omelet around bacon curl.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6.
